Scrap the Boys 'Happy New Year' Challenge

So I have finally decided it's time to have some 'me' time again and I have been scrapping. Like many of us, life just got in the way plus the fact that my creative side kind of disappeared and as a result the scrapping wasn't happening!  So for the first time in a long time (except for a wonderful retreat I went to last year) I have actually scrapped at home.  I went and bought myself a desk last week and set myself up a little corner in the lounge room and now I have the urge to create again.

What better way to get the mojo flowing that visiting several of the challenge blogs that I had neglected so terribly in 2013.  One of my faves was always 'Scrap the Boys' and I knew I had the perfect pic of Harry for this!

To kick the year off over at Scrap the Boys is the fabulous JANUARY CHALLENGE!

“Something NEW”

Pretty open really which was right up my alley.  All you need to do is create a layout featuring something new in your man/men’s life. Harry finished his first year of school last year (boy how time flies) but the pic is from back in 2012 when he was all excited about going to transition visits to 'big school'.  I love the innocence and pure joy on his face! Make sure you pop over and take a look at the great inspiration from the design team.

Hopefully this is the beginning of a very 'scrappy' year!!!! Thanks for popping by!
